Chartered Structural Engineer
Lois is a Chartered Structural Engineer with 25 years experience, working on a wide range of projects for an award-winning consultancy.
Following graduation from the University of Nottingham in 1991 with a BEng in Civil Engineering, Lois joined a European Research Programme in Pavement Engineering at the University as a Research Assistant. She gained an MPhil in 1994.
In 1994 Lois joined Price and Myers and became an Associate in 2002.
Lois gained Chartered status MIStructE in 2001.
Lois Plaistow Structural Engineers Ltd was set up in Nottingham in Spring 2019 with the aim of delivering simple and elegant designs for small and domestic projects.
