We do not guarantee that the Site will be error-free, virus-free, or uninterrupted.

  1. Art Listings and Sales
  • Availability: Artworks are subject to availability and may change without notice.
  • Pricing: Prices are listed in GBP and include shipping to UK addresses only. Additional costs for shipping to other locations are calculated in the basket, before order confirmation.
  • Realistic Tones & Colour: Every effort is made to ensure accurate digital representation. However, please note that colours may vary slightly between your screen and the physical print due to individual monitor settings and the textured nature of museum-grade paper.
  1. Print-on-Demand & Returns
  • Bespoke Orders: As all prints are custom-produced by our partner laboratory (ThePrintSpace), they are considered "made to order."
  • Final Sale: Because each print is custom-produced at the time of purchase, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for ‘change of mind’ or buyer's remorse. Please ensure you have measured your space correctly and reviewed the product details before ordering.
  • Delivery:  You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for undelivered or misdelivered shipments due to inaccurate information.
  • Damages: Every care is taken to ensure your print arrives swiftly and safely.  However, if your print arrives damaged in transit or has a clear printing defect (e.g. ink smears, incorrect cropping), we will happily arrange a free replacement or a full refund.
    • To report damage: Please email me at info@loisplaistow.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your order.
    • Requirements: You must include high-quality photos of the damaged print and the exterior packaging (even if it looks fine).
  1. Intellectual Property & Copyright
  • Ownership: Lois Plaistow owns the intellectual property rights for all material on this site, including artwork, text, and graphics.
  • Usage Restrictions: You may access this content for personal use only. You must not copy, republish, sell, or redistribute material from this site for commercial purposes.
  • Breach: Unauthorized use of site content will result in the immediate termination of your right to use the website.
  1. Payment & Security
  • We accept payment through Credit Card and secure digital gateways. By using these methods, you agree to their terms and conditions.
